PTO
The purpose of the Highlands Parent Teacher Organization shall be to support and enhance the educational programs at Highlands Elementary and to strengthen the relationship between home and school.
General Information
We seek to strengthen the relationship between home and school. The Highlands PTO has three basic roles:
- Fundraising and budget allocation
- Community-building and volunteerism
- Program enhancement by sponsorship of school programs, events, services, and communication
